Rayagada: A youth was allegedly shot dead by an unidentified miscreant late Saturday night in Naira village under Gudari Police Limits in Rayagada district.
The deceased identified as one Kiran Takri was shot in the face by the miscreant.
The police have seized the body and launched a probe in this matter.
