Bhubaneswar: Heavy rainfall and thunderstorm are likely to occur in many districts of Odisha on Wednesday, the Regional Meteorological Centre forecasted.
Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Sonepur, Boudh, Nuapada, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Bargarh, Sambalpur and Angul, the Meteorological Centre predicted.
Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati and Boudh, it added.
