Total 86 persons tested positive for COVID-19 today in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Thirteen more persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Kendrapara district on Thursday, informed Collector Samarth Verma.
All of them are Surat returnees and were kept at quarantine centres in Mahakalapada, Kendrapara and Kanika blocks of the district, the official said.
They had no interaction with public and there is no need to panic, he said, adding that all of them have been shifted to hospital.
With this, the number of COVID-19 cases in Kendrapara district mounted to 22.
Earlier in the day, the state had reported 73 fresh COVID-19 cases from Ganjam (42), Khurda (3), Bhadrak (9), Jajpur (17) and Sundargarh (2). The total number of Covid-19 cases on Thursday is 86 in Odisha.
