Three new fire stations to come up in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today approved the establishment of three new Fire Stations in the capital city. The three Fire Stations will come up at Tamando, Mancheswar and Pahala. The decision has been taken to strengthen Fire Services in view of the growing population of the city.
As many as 45 Fire Services personnel will be appointed at these proposed Fire Stations with 15 staffers at each station. The posts include 10 Firemen, a Station Officer, two Leading Firemen, one Driver-Havildar and one Fireman Driver.
