Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday announced it has managed to maintain negative wastage of Covid vaccine at 3%.
The Health and Family Welfare Department stated due to efficient and effective management of Covid-19 vaccination, the negative wastage has been at 3%.
The State has been able to save 2.9 lakh doses of Covid vaccine till date due to the negative wastage.
Earlier in the day, the government stated that over 1 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been administered in the State so far.
A total of 1,00,06,067 doses have been given to people in the state, as per the data available on CoWIN portal.
