Railways to run 5 more Shramik Special trains to Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Railways will run five more ‘Shramik Special’ trains carrying Odisha migrants from other States on Thursday. Official sources said one train from Coimbatore has departed and will arrive in Bhadrak on Friday. Similarly, two trains from Surat will reach Jagannathpur tomorrow.
One train from Morbi in Gujarat carrying migrants which departed on Wednesday will arrive in Balasore tomorrow. Another train from Bibinagar-Secunderabad of Telangana is also scheduled to arrive in Balasore tomorrow.
One train each carrying Odisha migrants were received at Balasore and Khurda Road that arrived from Surat. Two trains from Morbi in Gujarat reached Balasore on Thursday.
One train from Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh arrived in Bhadrak. While one train from Tirupur in Tamil Nadu reached Balasore, another one came from Namburu (near Guntur in Andhra Pradesh) to Balasore today.
A total of 37 ‘Shramik Special’ trains have arrived in Odisha till May 13, said sources at Railways.
