PM Modi likely to make aerial survey of the cyclone affected districts tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: A day after the extremely severe cyclone Amphan ravaged many districts of Odisha and West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to make an aerial survey of the affected areas on Friday.
Official sources said the Prime Minister will visit Odisha first and then go to West Bengal for an aerial survey.
A meeting was held at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar in presence of the airport Director and senior police officials. Security arrangements at the airport were also reviewed.
The official sources, however, added after the National Security Guard (NSG) officials will arrive in Odisha late Thursday night, the detail schedule of the Prime Minister will be known.
Among others, Intelligence Special DG Satyajit Mohanty, Intelligence Director RK Sharma, Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi and other senior officials were present in the meeting.
