Painting Canvas of Hope

With love and care we can help the little orphans to live a promising life. Prerana Ladies Club in the same spirit distributed art supplies among the children of Eklavya Seva Ashram so that they unleash their creative imaginations and grow with utmost fun and joy.

The event was attended by Smt. Jyoti Jalota, President, Prerana Ladies Club, Smt. Meenakshi Srivastava, Former President ( Prerana Ladies Club) and other general body members of Prerana Ladies Club.

As a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, food and cereals like pulses, rice, lentils and an special Odia food item “Chathua” made up of dry fruits and various nutritious grains were also distributed among the children.

The Chathua is storehouse of all the essential nutrients and protein and was made by Rojalin Das, Treasurer Prerana Ladies Club. As we are the National Nutrition Month , is being celebrated this September it was made sure all the food items required for a balanced diet was distributed at the Orphanage.

Students interacted with the members of Ladies Club and they were guided about the importance of “Teacher’ Day” and habits of a good student. The event benefited around 50 kids living at Eklavya Seva Ashram.The event ended on a positive note with all the children smiling.
