Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Sunday reported 72 COVID-19 positive cases, the lowest single-day tally in the last seven months. With this, the state’s total caseload rose to 3,35,620.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 18 districts, 43 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 29 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 816 and recovered cases at 3,32,842.
