Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Tuesday foiled a robbery bid in Airfield police limits in Bhubaneswar today evening.
While five suspected dacoits were planning to execute their robbery plans near Hitech Plaza in Airfield area. On a tip off a team of Commissionerate Police raided the place and nabbed five dacoits.
Also, the police personnel seized a pistol, four live bullets, three swords, cash and chilli powder from the possession of the five accused.
Official sources said the five dacoits are residents of Panchupalli village.
