Bhubaneswar: One more COVID-19 patient died of the disease in Odisha, informed State Health & Family Welfare Department on Saturday.
With this, the total number of deaths due to COVID-19 rose to 12 in Odisha.
Earlier, 11 patients had succumbed to the deadly virus in the State, of which 6 in Ganjam district, 4 in Khurda district (3 in Bhubaneswar) and 1 in Cuttack district.
Earlier in the day, 179 fresh cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the State.
