Bhubaneswar: The total number of people who have recovered from COVID-19 infection in Odisha mounted to 10,877 after another 401 corona patients cured of the disease on Thursday.
A maximum of 98 COVID-19 patients recovered in Jajpur district. A total of 84 from Ganjam, 46 from Sundergarh, 36 from Gajapati, 30 from Jharsuguda and 17 each from Keonjhar, Malkangiri and Jagatsinghpur districts recuperated.
As many as 12 from Khurda, eight from Angul, seven from Sonepur, six from Bargarh, five each from Sambalpur and Kendrapara, four from Dhenkanal, three each from Bhadrak and Balasore, two from Cuttack and one from Puri district recovered from the virus.
Official sources said the recovered cases are being discharged after their samples tested negative for the virus.
