140 more recover from COVID-19 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 recovery cases in Odisha crossed 2000-mark as 140 more patients tested negative for the virus and recovered from the disease, official sources said on Tuesday.
Out of the 140 persons, 24 are from Cuttack, 22 from Ganjam, 21 from Nuapada, 11 from Jajpur, 11 from Khurda, 11 from Jagatsinghpur, 8 from Sundargarh, 7 each from Balangir and Bhadrak, 5 from Dhenkanal, 3 each from Bargarh, Kendrapara and Sambalpur, and 2 each from Balasore and Puri, sources said, adding that they are being discharged from COVID hospitals.
With this, the number of recovered cases in Odisha rose to 2133. Earlier in the day, the state had reported 146 fresh cases as the tally mounted to 3140.
